By purchasing any course from Elite Community Foundation (“ECF”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You affirm that the first name and last name you provide at checkout matches the first name and last name on your debit or credit card.
2. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and assent to the Course Description for the course(s) you are purchasing.
3. You understand that all REQUESTED REFUNDS are subject to a refund fee (registration fee) per course.
4. For the course(s) you purchase, all of the terms and provisions in the Course Description of said course(s) are expressly incorporated by reference as if they were fully stated herein.

If you do not agree to be bound by all of the preceding Terms and Conditions, you may not access this website or purchase any courses from ECF on this website.
